			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>För några dagar sedan var jag på Lidl för att handla. Det är en lågpriskedja och jag förväntar mig dålig service och köer till kassan. Självklart måste de hålla igen på kostnaderna för att kunna hålla priserna nere.</p>
<p>Därför störde det mig inte att det var bara två kassor öppna trots att det var rätt långa köer till bägge. Jag ställer mig i ena kön och hat stått där en bra stund när jag är nästa på tur. Då säger kassörskan att hon stänger kassan så jag får ställa mig i den andra kön.</p>
<p>Glöm det. Jag lämnade korgen och talade om för henne att hon kunde ta hand om det, så åkte jag till Willys istället. Bara för att en kedja är billig kan de inte hantera kunder hur som helst. Ska man stänga en kassa så får man säga till i samband med att folk ställer sig i kön, eller sätta upp en skylt. Helst ska man göra bägge delarna.</p>
<p>Man väntar inte tills någon är framme och börjar lägga varorna på bandet innan man säger att man ska stänga kassan. Då går det ut över försäljningen. Hur jobbar ni hos er. Har du eller någon av dina kollegor stängt kassan för en kund på sånt sätt? Hur ska man undvika att det sker?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vi har alla råkat ut för dem, säljare som ringer hem till oss och låter som om de vore våra bästa kompisar för att sen försöka pracka på oss nåt vi inte vill ha.</p>
<p>Är du en av dessa säljare så ber jag dig stanna upp och tänka. Kunden genomskådar din falska kamratton, kanske är du den ende som kallat Leif för Leffe sedan han sålde mopeden i högre tonåren. Varför ska kunden vilja upplysa en vilt främmande människa om hur läget är eller nåt sånt?</p>
<p>Det är bättre att artigt presentera sig, fråga om han har tid och förutsatt ett ja, framföra sitt budskap. Verkar kunden vara den pratsamma typen som kanske tagit ett järn eller så, är det självklart fritt fram att prata på, men respektera att det är kunden som väljer det. Ringer du dessutom från ett välkänt företag som SvD eller nåt sånt, så kan du lugnt utgå från att kunden vet ungefär vad du tänkt erbjuda och säger han då att han inte är intresserad så kommer du aldrig få sälja något. Då är det bättre att tacka för samtalet, lägga på och ringa nästa. Det finns alltid <a href="http://www.svd.se/nyheter/idagsidan/psykologensvarar/artikel_3312215.svd">någon annan som vill köpa</a> det du har att erbjuda. </p>
<p>Faktum är att samma sak gäller även när du ringer från en okänd firma. Är inte kunden intresserad, så lär han  knappast bli det heller. Men respekterar du kunden och frågar om han har tid att prata så är risken mindre att han avbryter när han faktiskt talat om att han har tid att prata. Har han det inte så kan du alltid fråga när det passar att återkomma och då kommer han säkert att vara mer vänligt inställd än om du försöker köra över honom första gången.</p>
